VacuFlex™ Units

The VacuFlex™ units are vacuum assisted units located immediately after the gravity section and are designed to generate stock activity and optimize drainage. These units come with our GL&V control system to give the papermaker the ability to adjust the height of each intermediate control blade independently to optimize stock activity and drainage. Our feedback positioning system allows an accurate and repeatable positioning of each control blade. The system will also allow the storage of each blade position in the PLC memory according to each grade produced for a fast system positioning when changing grades.
